Information processed when you visit
This is a static website hosted on Netlify. The hosting provider may process routine technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security events.
The homepage uses the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. When the homepage loads, Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, referring page and the page URL. Google may also use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers to measure visits and advertising performance, subject to your browser settings and applicable consent requirements. This information is handled by Google under its own privacy practices.
External resources and links
The site loads font files from Google Fonts. Requests for those resources are made to Google-operated domains and may include technical request information.
Email, telephone and WhatsApp buttons open services on your device. LinkedIn profile links and WhatsApp links lead to third-party platforms. Information you send through those services is handled under the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Information you send to us
If you contact DataSchutz by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and enquiry information you choose to provide so that we can respond, arrange a discussion, prepare a scope or maintain appropriate business records.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through general enquiries.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, business administration, legal obligations and security. Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting or communications, and may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and systems.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the processing.
